So my local guy sent it to AAD (listed by other members i note) for a rebuild. they have declared it 'unrepairable' due to corrosion. now my local guy is trying to source a new 1 with no success so far.
anyone got any sources for good used ones or new ones? i will have to investigate the BMW e30 option more i guess - seems like an easy adaptation.
note I got a new M/ cyl from https://www.heritagepartscentre.com/au/v...rakes.html $75 which seems a fair price, there's not a lot to them.
